1. What is e-signature? E-signature or electronic signature is used to get an approval on electronic documents legally. Also, e-signature are legal, trusted, and enforceable in almost every industrialized country in the world. 2. Can it be legally bind by law?  Yes, it can. E-signature was create by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Ecommerce Act (ESGN) which cooperated with the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (UEAT) and legally binding document if all parties choose to sign digitally.
